FedEx fuckery.
A few months back we needed to send a prototype Nanika Lightbox to Germany to a client. The package was 35kg and pretty damn big, but somehow FedEx managed to loose it on the way there.
Their business is getting packages from A to B, you'd think they would have this shit figured out.
I'm thinking somebody stole it of course, because they are evil, I'm pissed off and the package is goddamn huge.
As we filled in the customs value box and not the declared carriage value box, we are being reimbursed based on the weight of the package (wtf?)
Not getting reimbursed properly is my mistake of course, so we are out about £2400.
