Now, seeing the outcry over the design, I need to sit back a moment and think about the people that created this... I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. It truly hurts to have your work criticised like that, and anyone that has worked on a larger scale will know that these things are designed by commitee at a certain point and then post rationalised to the point that everyone believes what they are saying. I hate those "My 2-year-old could have done better" comments, but it still is a pretty random logo. I guess better to get an extreme reaction than no reaction at all. Just have yet to see one that calls it extremely good...

"I guess sports is rife with drugs - or the creator of this logo is hogging all the drugs to themselves."
"Looks just like a window I recently kicked a ball through."
""This is the vision at the very heart of our brand"
What vision is that?
Chavs tagging the back seats of busses?"
